Wig Construction Policy:  There is a 21 business day turnaround from when full payment is received and hair is received.  Coloring Services have an additional 10 business day turnaround time.  Wig orders are first in, first out. Rush appointments are available.  Please contact Melinda prior to ordering. Holidays and weekends are not included.  

 

Measurement Policy:  We are not responsible for incorrect head measurements.  If you are unsure how to measure your head for your custom unit,  please contact The Royal Stitch by Melinda at shopwigs@trsbymel.com.  There is a detailed video located in the highlight section of our Instagram page (@trsbymel).

 

Coloring Services:  Coloring Services are only available on hair purchased by the Royal Stitch by Melinda.

 

Shipping Policy:   We are not responsible for the order once it has been shipped & in the care of USPS. Shipping time is 2 business days and tracking information will be sent immediately.  Local pick up delivery is now available. Due to Covid19, we are experiencing longer than normal shipments on inventory.  Please know this is not of our doing and make every effort to ship products in an acceptable amount of time.

 

Email Policy/Hours of Operation: Please allow 24 hours for an email reply. Our hours of operation are Mondays, Wednesdays-Friday, 9am- 5pm EST and Saturday 7am - 3pm EST.  Emails, Direct messages are not returned if made after hours until the next operating business day.

 

Customer Service Policy: Customer service is available during our hours of operation ONLY. We are here to service your request(s) and address any questions or concerns to ensure that you have the best experience with our company. Email our support team at shopwigs@trsbymel.com after business hours.

 

Wig Approvals:  Once photos of the final unit has been approved and shipped, there are no returns, corrections to be made to the unit.  Due to COVID19, TRSbyMel wigmakers do not try on units prior to shipping and we ask that you do not return units once it has been shipped to your home.  

 

Payment Processing Policy:

We are not responsible for payments that are unable to be verified. Payments that are unable to be verified includes: 

 

  • ZIP CODE INVALID FOR CARD USED
  • CARD USED IS NOT THE SAME AS NAME ON ORDER
  • INVALID ADDRESS
  • INCORRECT EMAIL PLACED ON LINE AT YOUR TIME OF ORDER. 

 

If we can not verify your payment within 5-7 business days your order will be canceled and you will automatically receive a refund.
